Matthew “Matt” Concepcion Biography

Matt Concepcion is a founding leader of C&S Facilities (CSF) and a seasoned executive in the facilities services industry with over 10 years of experience in high-level sales and operations leadership roles. His background includes key positions with Compass Group, ABM Industries, and ServiceMaster Clean, where he developed deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale service programs.

Throughout his career, Matt has led growth initiatives and operational strategies for clients across healthcare, education, commercial real estate, and state and federal installations. He has extensive experience overseeing multi site portfolios spanning millions of square feet, consistently aligning service delivery with client-specific objectives, enhancing patient safety in medical environments, elevating student experiences across campuses, and ensuring performance and compliance in mission-critical government facilities.

At CSF, Matt focuses on building a scalable, performance-driven organization rooted in accountability, data-driven decision-making, and strong workforce development. His leadership has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and implementing structured systems that improve service quality, client retention, and financial outcomes.

A proud U.S. Army veteran, Matt served in the 25th Infantry Division, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to guide his career. It was during his service in 2009 that he met business partner Nicholas Stevens, forming a lasting partnership that helped shape the foundation of CSF.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an MBA from Clemson University, combining strong business acumen with hands-on operational expertise to lead C&S Facilities in delivering reliable, high-quality facility solutions.
