Through their shared experience as combat veterans in the U.S. Army, Nic and Matt developed a deep appreciation for mission execution, discipline, and trust. During their time supporting government environments, they consistently observed a common challenge: agencies were often limited to a narrow pool of service providers, forcing decisions based on availability rather than true alignment with operational needs.

Matt Concepcion is a founding leader of C&S Facilities (CSF) and a seasoned executive in the facilities services industry with over 10 years of experience in high-level sales and operations leadership roles. His background includes key positions with Compass Group, ABM Industries, and ServiceMaster Clean, where he developed deep expertise in managing complex, large-scale service programs.
Throughout his career, Matt has led growth initiatives and operational strategies for clients across healthcare, education, commercial real estate, and state and federal installations. He has extensive experience overseeing multi site portfolios spanning millions of square feet, consistently aligning service delivery with client-specific objectives, enhancing patient safety in medical environments, elevating student experiences across campuses, and ensuring performance and compliance in mission-critical government facilities.
At CSF, Matt focuses on building a scalable, performance-driven organization rooted in accountability, data-driven decision-making, and strong workforce development. His leadership has been instrumental in building high-performing teams and implementing structured systems that improve service quality, client retention, and financial outcomes.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Matt served in the 25th Infantry Division, where he developed the leadership principles that continue to guide his career. It was during his service in 2009 that he met business partner Nicholas Stevens, forming a lasting partnership that helped shape the foundation of CSF.
Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and an MBA from Clemson University, combining strong business acumen with hands-on operational expertise to lead C&S Facilities in delivering reliable, high-quality facility solutions.

Nic Stevens is a founding partner of C&S Facilities (CSF), a U.S. Army combat veteran, entrepreneur, and government contracting executive with extensive experience supporting federal agencies, commercial organizations, and prime contractors. As the founder of TAKON Talent, he has led business development and workforce solutions that have supported millions of dollars in government and commercial contract activity across the defense, technology, facilities services, and industrial sectors.
Throughout his career, Nic has built strategic partnerships with federal contractors, enterprise clients, and government agencies while supporting complex operational environments and mission-critical programs. His expertise spans contract execution, workforce strategy, operational support, and business development, helping organizations solve staffing, infrastructure, and service delivery challenges in highly regulated and fast-paced environments.
At CSF, Nic focuses on corporate strategy, government contracting, and organizational growth, leveraging his experience to build a scalable business centered on disciplined execution, accountability, transparency, and long-term client relationships. He has been instrumental in developing the company's operational framework and positioning CSF to support both public and private sector clients with reliable, high-quality facility solutions.
